Data Interchange is ready for the 2018 HMRC changes.
In April 2018 HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) will decommission its EDI channel and replace it with a new Government Gateway web-service as part of its digital strategy to
reposition its UK PAYE operations.
This change of EDI pathways also includes the replacement of traditional GFF files with an XML format, which means that existing HMRC RTI filing processes will no longer compatible with the new system.
Data Interchange is committed to offering supporting through every step of the transition and have actively engaged with HMRC to ensure it can provide customers with an effective solution.
The company is proud to say that this engagement has been reflected in the latest version of Odex Enterprise (3.3), which is fully compatible with HMRC’s forthcoming Government Gateway and XML file format.
Odex 3.3 is a class-leading business integration platform that automates the exchange and processing of business documents between trading partners. It’s a versatile integration solution that provides an EDI gateway to an organisation’s supply chain and integrates with its ERP system to enable files to be moved to internal or external locations and, of course, enable payroll information to be sent out to the HMRC.
Whether using the Odex system to submit filing through an AS2 or ISDN connection or using Dinet, there are a few simple steps to make sure that any disruption to business is minimised and continuity of RTI/PAYE submissions is retained.
Data Interchange has put together a FREE GUIDE which contains everything a company needs to know about the revised HMRC RTI filing process and how Data Interchange can help implement the right solution.
