BRANDSAFE APPOINTS GLOBAL DIRECTOR TO SUPPORT INTERNATIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
Warehouse and industrial impact protection equipment specialist Brandsafe has appointed a senior executive as it continues to invest in strategic growth and international operations.
Carlos Bulla joins as global account director, bringing more than 25 years’ experience and expertise in international procurement, industrial operations, and management to a role that will see him oversee the strategic and operational development of Brandsafe’s Amazon account.
The online retailer uses products such as Brandsafe Armco barriers, pedestrian safety handrails, column protectors, bollards, speed bumps, traffic delineators and EV charging point protection to improve safety and security across its UK and European warehouse and logistics operations.
Carlos’s responsibilities will see him developing opportunities for further product sales and account management duties while looking to develop additional business with Amazon across its fast growing UK and European operations. He will also be involved in developing new business opportunities for Brandsafe’s parent company IWS Group with Amazon, particularly in the US.
His appointment comes as Brandsafe, which has continued to maintain a strong growth trajectory during the pandemic and currently employs over 50 people at its production and office facility in Milton Keynes, has completed a raft of new projects in 2021 and has a strong pipeline of orders on the books for 2022.
Susy Keating, Brandsafe’s managing director, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Carlos, who is a highly experienced leader and skilled director, to the team. He will be an asset to our operations, and we look forward to him developing our activities with Amazon and supporting their international operations with his insight and expertise.”
